REFUND POLICY

Please note that all Jesmonite products are FINAL SALE. There will be no refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
For any issues or problems with an order (such as defective, missing, damaged, or wrong item), please kindly report within 7 calendar days of delivery via e-mail to info@clapstudio.ca with photos of the condition of all the contents.

 

ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive an order that was damaged in transit, please follow steps below and we will work with you on a solution in a timely manner:

  1. Accept the package and notify the courier that the package was damaged in transit.
  2. Send us an e-mail right away to info@clapstudio.ca with the order number, photos of the package in its received state before opening, and photos of all the contents inside the package.

 

MISDELIVERED ORDERS OR ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT

CLAP Studio is not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages. Shipping insurance is included with all packages.

For any lost or misdelivered packages, please follow steps below:

  1. Send us an e-mail right away to info@clapstudio.ca with the order number. We will contact the courier to open an investigation.
  2. If the package is found, it will be delivered to you by the courier. If the courier confirms that the package is lost, the courier will remit insurance payment.
  3. Once we receive the insurance remittance from the courier, a replacement package will be sent.
