AC100 Starter Kit

Jesmonite AC100 is a water-based composite material used to create decorative moulded products. It is safe to use and contains no solvents or VOCs. It can be cast or laminated using our unique Quadaxial Glass. Natural colour is an off white/cream.

Jesmonite Pigments are aqueous dispersions which are compatible with a range of Jesmonite composites. When dispersed into Jesmonite materials they offer excellent saturation of colour, chemical stability, and heat stability. Adding approximately 2% of pigment will produce a strong, saturated colour. If lighter colours are desired, simply reduce the addition rate until the preferred colour is achieved. Pigments can be mixed with one another to create a custom colour of choice.

Jesmonite High-Shear Mixing Blades are essential for the appropriate mixing of all Jesmonite composite materials. They are specifically designed for adding Jesmonite Base to Jesmonite Liquids. The mixing action reduces air bubbles and ensures that the mix is smooth and free from lumps.
